Minamino to AS Monaco Nearly Done

Liverpool and AS Monaco have agreed on a deal for Takumi Minamino’s transfer to the Ligue 1 team. The deal is reportedly up to €18 million. The personal terms have been agreed upon, and the final stages of the transfer including the medical just need to take place.
